Stronger Together: Our Marketing & Communication Team Meeting in Porto
Last week, the Leca International Marketing and Communication team came together in Porto for a meeting that was about much more than presentations and reports. It was a week full of sharing, learning, and, most importantly, connecting with colleagues from across our Leca world.
From the very first moment, the energy in the room was special. Each country brought its own perspective, experiences, and unique challenges — and it quickly became clear how valuable it is to gather around one table. What one market has already tested, another is just starting to explore. What might feel like a challenge in one place could already have a creative solution elsewhere. That’s the magic of collaboration: together, we always find a way forward.
Throughout the sessions, we discussed how to strengthen our communication, share the Leca story more consistently, and make sure our brand reflects the innovation and sustainability that define us. We also took time to address the obstacles ahead. Instead of seeing them as barriers, the team turned them into opportunities to learn and grow — with fresh ideas and solutions taking shape as we exchanged experiences across countries.
Of course, no team meeting is complete without the human side. Between discussions, there were plenty of smiles, laughter, and even moments to enjoy Porto itself. These informal moments reminded us that behind every campaign and strategy are people who care deeply about their work and about each other.
What stood out most from the meeting was the sense of unity. While each country has its own path, our goals are shared. By listening, learning, and supporting one another, we are building not just stronger local teams, but a stronger international family.
The Porto meeting was a powerful reminder that collaboration is at the heart of progress. As we move forward, we carry with us the knowledge that every challenge is easier to solve when tackled together, and every success is even greater when shared.
Here’s to many more opportunities to collaborate, create, and grow — as one Leca team, across many countries.
